Ive had this app on my iPhone and iPad for several years now. I love it and want to give 5 ⭐️... But recently I am not able to import. The app crashes when I try to import or double tap photo to copy to the recipe. Its frustrating to have to type it all in or copy and paste from the site of the recipe back to the app. Please fix this so I can get recipes easier! I do use this app all the time!

I loved this app when I first downloaded it a couple of years ago and happily rated it 5 ⭐️s. Now, unfortunately, the IMPORT feature and the COPY feature are not working. The Import Ive always found temperamental but the Copy feature at least allowed me to capture the recipe. Now I cannot do that at all :( when Copying a red check appears denoting that the Ingredients, Directions, etc have been copied, only to find they have not been. So so Frustrating! Fix, please fix. I have too many recipes in my Recipe Box to do this all over again. This was a really good APP when it worked. Would love to have it usable again.

This recipe a good comparison to KAs mix. I would add 1-2T butter and cut to 2/3C peach jammy bits.

I have tried on multiple occasions and by both wifi and bluetooth to import and share recipes, but it has never worked. The app works decently otherwise but the sharing feature NEEDS to be fixed.

Ive been using this app for quite some time various versions and everything but now its not as good as it used to be. A lot of websites like food.com and others that are supposed to be able to be imported or not I tried displaying the full website and the mobile website but you have to do it manually. I will be more than happy to revise and give it five stars like it used to be if this issue gets fixed.

I had just added several favorite recipes to my recipe box app--an app I treasure and use often--and when I saw there was an update available I went for it. Today when I went to open the app I noticed it was no longer there and its gone, its not on my device even though in my purchased section it appears as being on the device. Im not even given the option to download it again, that space on the top right corner of the app appears blank when I view it on the App Store. What in the world happened? And more importantly are my recipes going to remain intact? This is not a free app, so I really hope programmers get their act together to fix this fast.

App updated and deleted all of my recipes. Wow, 2 years of recipes gone. Back to my handwritten cards.

Im finding this to be my go-to recipe source now that I have input a good number of recipes. I have two requests: 1. The shopping list and pantry feature is pretty much useless. Pantry cannot be edited without app crashing, and it gets filled with an infinite list of ingredient repeats from the times Ive sent ingredients to the shopping list. Fix this and Ill give it 5 stars. 2. Would be great to have a Mac version with ability to sync between Mac and iPhone.

When I first purchased the app I absolutely loved it. After entering about 25-30 of my favorite recipes it began to freeze up and crash on me. I loved the shopping list aspect but it just crashes when I try to use it now. And the pantry list, well I can no longer clear that either. It shows an infinite amount of the items from previous shopping trips. Too bad this app went south. Wish Id never purchased this!!

I have down-loaded many different recipe boxes before and been disappointed. This app is the best. Very easy to use and I love the look of the site, it looks warm and rustic. Very easy to add your favorite dishes.

I PAID for this app and LOST all my recipes. I had a back up file but I had to reload iPad software. Now I cant reload JUST that file to the app. Per their instructions I have to "restore from backup in iTunes" which restores ALL the files, including the corrupt ones that caused my problems. Ive tried emailing them and get generic responses. Ive tried sending a message through Facebook, no response. Now Ive spent two years loading recipes and theyre lost. Ive got a file on my computer but other than printing, Im screwed. Dont get this app if you might ever have software trouble and expect someone... Anyone? to get back to you for help

Like some of the other reviews, Ive had this app for several years and loved it, but lately it keeps crashing especially right before I save a new recipe, then I have to start all over again. Also the instant import doesnt work on some of the websites. PLEASE FIX.

Generally great! Has some problems with the instant import feature. Ive reported problems with no apparent resolution on the part of the developers.

I updated my favorite app The Recipe Box the other day. A couple days later went to get a recipe to find my app had disappeared off my device. Even though the app appears in my purchased section, it doesnt give me the option to download again. Im pretty sure I have backed up my recipes but I am unable to retrieve them because I am unable to get download my app again. I have tried contacting the app company several times but have received no help. I have also spent over 8 hours on the phone with the App Store. I just want to get my recipes back I have spent hours entering them. :(

I have at least 200 recipes in this app and used it exclusively. For about 1-2 years now the grocery list just crashes the app so I cannot use it anymore. I have emailed multiple times for support and no response. Too bad, it as many great qualities.

Ive been using this app for a couple of years now. Entering recipes is easy enough, sharing them is easier, I greatly appreciate the grocery list feature. I use it on both my phone and on the iPad all the time.

We absolutely love this app. It is the best way to keep your recipes in one place and organized. I have it on my iPhone and iPad. A cooks best friend.
